I have been tagged for 10 random things that make me happy, so here they are:
1. Friends, in all forms. Hanging out, chatting in class, seeing movies, quiz bowling, whatever.
2. Being in a leadership/organization role and having something go really well.
3. Finding out that I share musical tastes with people.
4. Chicken noodle soup. Yes, it's almost always out of a can, but oh well. It's still good. Add to this salmon in a variety of forms, good macaroni and cheese, pasta in [alfredo sauce, olive oil, meat sauce...].
5. Quiz bowl!
6. Beethoven's Emperor piano concerto. Most beautiful slow movement ever. For that matter, a very large quantity of music (Dvorak's 8th/9th symphonies, Schumann Piano Quintet, Goldberg Variations...).
7. Really awesome theorems in math that come out of nowhere, have neat proofs, and open up tons of new stuff.
8. Money. Why are you looking at me like that? Money lets you do stuff--it's that simple.
9. Random Wikipedia articles, on completely random topics. And, of course,
10. Caroline.
I tag...oh, screw it. Everyone on my friends list. I don't care how many people that is...

Was that is order of least to most awesome? Quickly, redeem yourself!
1. Hearing myself say, or seeing myself type beautiful things to people I care about. I don't do this all too often, so I doubt it shows to all you infidels.2. Getting something done, and doing it well. Or doing somethine poorly and getting a good grade on it. Either one works.
3. Listening to cool people tell me about funny things. That's like Kathy, Lor, Chris with his QB stuff, Judy, and that cool freshman on my bus. First one of his kind I've yet seen.
4. Books. Books rock the socks.
5. Talking to people who are intelligent and cool at the same time. stufu noobs.
6. Yu-Gi-Oh GX. Jaden is my hero.
7. Getting good music from people. For serious.
8. Dances. I don't care how badly I can't dance, or what y'all think. Dances are my heroes.
9. Convoluted or cool metaphors. Writing them, reading them, whatever. And complex structures too, those are cool. [Like, literary ones.]
10. Having fun doing simple stuff. Sick Lines? Feast? Mr. Sam?

2. Times spent with friends. Any time, even just in passing in the hallways.
3. Food, especially food I cooked myself because it makes me feel accomplished. Plus both of my parents are the best cooks ever, which is awesome.
4. Gotta go with Yuriy on this one. Books with a capital B.
5. Wikipedia, especially articles on Mormons that have helped at every single Quiz Bowl tournament. Moroni and Lehigh.
6. Quiz Bowl itself. Debate and JSA are cool, too, but Quiz Bowl is the best.
7. Ancient Greek philosophy. Because it's so much more penetrating than all the crazy Rennaissance and Enlightenment jabber.
8. Completely destroying math tests that you expected to fail. Like today, for instance. 41/13!
9. Classical music. And Jazz, which I've started listening to on the radio on the way home from school. And Enya. And all sorts of music that isn't popular because popular music is for groupies (jk, but I'm trying to conform to nonconformity. Yeah, exactly.)
10. This list, because it made me happy to think of things that make me happy.

wait, what, in comments?
1. Cozy sweaters and heat when coming in from the cold. Or alternatively, being really warm and then walking out and about with a pleasant breeze in your face.2. Sleeping. I find that it's truly undervalued.
3. A nice mindless shounen manga. Those are always fun. And some are less mindless than you think.
4. I'm just going to say books too. I don't like reading stuff online, there's nothing like the physicality of a book.
5. Sugar and sweets and cakes and cookies... I have quite the sweet tooth, actually.
6. And I've been having a lot of soup lately. It's really good stuff. Minestrone, tomato, the ocassional chicken noodle... I have a Campbell's drinkable Chicken and Stars in my locker if you want it, I'm probably not going to have it anytime soon.
7. the pillows. Only J-Rock I listen to seriously and probably the only band I really respect, and in spite their ocassional Engrish and how I can't understand a word that they're saying, the music itself is beyond awesome.
8. Videogames. I don't care if I'm alone or in a group, there's just something mesmerizing about them. If it has a story that makes you think, even better.
9. Art. Anything from drawing to Photoshop to Illustrator. :D
10. Sleeeeep. And not-biology-projects. I'm tired. Can't you tell?

Re: wait, what, in comments?
Yuriy always does it in comments, and I was too lazy to make my own entry. Apparently, so were you.
